At Nanzenji Sando Kikusui (hereinafter referred to as "our hotel"), we prioritize the safety of guests with food allergies who wish to dine in our on-site restaurants or banquet facilities. Our policy regarding food allergy accommodations is as follows:
While we take the utmost care to thoroughly clean our dishware and cooking utensils, please be aware that due to our kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may inadvertently come into contact with meals. Consequently, we regret to inform you that we are unable to guarantee the complete removal of specific food allergens from any dishes we serve.
Given these limitations, our hotel is unable to provide comprehensive food allergy accommodations due to the constraints of our facilities and kitchen environment.
Specifically, guests who have experienced allergic reactions triggered by trace amounts of allergens, guests with a history of anaphylactic shock or severe symptoms, and guests who require the use of epinephrine (EpiPen) or regularly take medication to manage food allergies, are advised to refrain from dining with us, as we may not be able to ensure their safety.
In such cases, we regret that we must decline meal requests in order to prioritize the health and well-being of our guests. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
We strongly encourage guests to consult with their physician and carefully assess their physical condition before making a final decision. Your safety is of paramount importance to us, and we deeply appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
